Find And Run Robot / FARR often loses my Search folders and all search history

Hi,
Every few days - or about once a week - FARR will lose all my Search folders and all search history. It will behave as if it's running for the first time although it never loses the License key. Is there any way to fix this? Apply to both FARR v 1 and 2 Thanks.
