Clipboard Help+Spell / Popup menu location

Hi,

Perhaps I missed it in the settings, but it would be nice to have some options as to where the CHS popup menu is shown.

For instance, from another clipboard manager, these are the options:

• at cursor location
• at mouse pointer location
• at last popup location

Clipboard Help+Spell / Issue with date prefix

Hi,

I may not be using it properly, but I am experiencing issues with the date prefix functionality in CHS.

In particular, when I invoke 'Additional actions on last clip | paste clip with date prefix', I get a date that is appropriate, but a time that is not the current time (ignoring the time zone).

Moreover, when I perform the action again minutes later, I get the same prefix.

I get this same result using the default 'Custom Date' (%c) or my own format.

I am using CHS v2.29.0.

Clipboard Help+Spell / Quick paste popup menu: minimize content

Hi,

Is there a way to streamline what is shown in the Quick paste popup menu?

Ideally, I would just like to be able to access the latest clips and perhaps have a way to get at the preferences.

I don't have a 'quick' need for stack operations, all clips, printing the last clip, etc.

I have already selected 'Don't show' for most of the terms in the 'Preferences | Quick Paste Menu 2' tab. Is there a way to disable or not show additional items?

Screenshot Captor / guidelines for region selection

Hi,

The majority of my captures tend to be regions.

When capturing regions, the current small cross-hair makes encompassing irregularly-shaped objects difficult.

A nice feature of some screen capture programs (e.g., Hypersnap) in region capture mode is vertical and horizontal guidelines that extend from the edges of the desktop through the center of the crosshair at the start of the capture. That way, the user can easily see whether the capture will include the desired areas.

I have begun to use the RedBox capture mode, but the above 'guidelines + crosshair' functionality in Screenshot Captor would streamline the region capture process quite a bit.
