General Software Discussion / the bat! view email as html
« on: September 11, 2016, 03:24 PM »
I apologize for the image, but it was the easiest way to just throw somehting together instead of 4 different images.

Left side is outlook, right side the bat.
Top is the mail being viewed as text, bottom is viewed as html.

Outlook displays html the way I want it, but no matter what I've tried I just can't get the bat to display it that way.

Is it supposed to be like this  or am I missing something in the bat to make it display like outlook does?

I've tried every setting in viewer/editor preferences setting I could think of that would make a difference, but none has.

General Software Discussion / Windows XP & sata drive

Not as much a software as a hardware question.
I'm considering buying a VelociRaptorto install windows on, but do I need any special sata drivers to use under the installation of windows or has microsoft made is so that you don't need special drivers in sp2/sp3 anymore?

DC Gamer Club / Steam, and the gift of game...
« on: September 01, 2008, 09:32 AM »
I've been wanting to get COD4  (and preferably on steam) for some time, but I am not really to fond of the part where I have to pay $69.99 + tax, which in my case is 25% making the game almost $90. Especially if I can get the game for the US price which is only $49.99.

I'm hoping that some of the american DC users are using steam and would help me getting the game by them buying it and sending it to me as a gift.
I would prefer to send the money through paypal or donationcredits* to whomever decides to help me. Then again I don't really think there are other possibilites.

*hopefully someone can refresh my memory here, I can't remember if paypal takes an amount of the donated money, IE you donate $10 but paypal takes some of it and you end up with only ... $9 for donationcredits.

Post New Requests Here / IDEA: Taskbar hider
« on: September 08, 2006, 11:31 AM »
There's many (unfortunately) shareware programs that makes it possible to hide the tasks in the taskbar, not removing them, just hiding them.
Fx. Tweak-XP image of the option : Hide taskbar items

I haven't been able to find a single small program that does only that... hiding the tasks.
And unfortunately I have no idea of how to make one myself.
It doesn't have to have a lot of options, in fact it doesn't have to have any options at all, just a way to quit/close if that's what the user want.
