General Software Discussion / My Word! Is there any freeware out there that compares........

Does anyone know where to find a freeware program that compares NATURAL text versions.  I have two versions of the same book (678 pages) I would like to compare pdf files and need to see the text differences, including fonts and ignoring bolds, italics, underlines, spaces.  All I can find are line by line text-compares.  Could anyone help?   :'(
