Unfinished Requests / EXISTS - IDEA: Hotkey controls for screen brightness.

Virtually all laptops have this - why not desktop PCs?

I'm currently using GammaPanel (http://www.majorgeek...om/download2796.html) but it doesn't support hotkey controls.
Maybe something with a gamma control or just brightness & contrast would be nice.

Something super-lightweight that mimics the behaviour of the Windows desktop.
- Icons
- Wallpaper

Once loaded as a shell, other programs could be run on top of it.
Would make a good base for people who use programs like Objectbar, or Docks.
