Clipboard Help+Spell / "Start with Windows" option not happening

upgraded from Win7 to Win10 and now CHS (latest version) is not starting up automatically. I also manually put a shortcut in the startup folder as well as set Run As Administrator as default.

Mouser's Zone / CHS error exde29: Operation aborted...

This happens twice, followed by one "Error DBG103... Table or backup file...does not exist."

What's going on?

Clipboard Help+Spell / clips stored in reverse order

My clips are suddenly showing up in reverse or random order, so that if I do Ctrl-C  and then  Ctrl-V  I get a clip from yesterday but see the most recent clip all the way down on the list of recent. I just tried it again and now the most recent clip is showing up in the middle of the list!
I have the latest version & do NOT have "combine in reverse order" checked in Misc Options.

Clipboard Help+Spell / Bizarre IE8 crashes with CHS

Short version: IE8 crashes completely whenever CHS is active and =anything= is pasted in =any= text field.

Details: I tried updating to the latest version of CHS but no change. I'm using WinXP Pro. It only affects IE8 and not Chrome. It only affects IE8 text fields at =all= websites but not the IE8 Address bar. The crashes happen whether I paste via CTRL-V or via CHS hotkey; whether a sound is played when pasting or no sound; whether a complex item is pasted or a 3-letter word or even a single blank space character.

It gets weirder: Even after I exit CHS and I paste any little thing which was captured while CHS was active, I get the same crash behavior even after several restarts of IE8!! The only way to break this CHS curse is to capture something new (while CHS is inactive) and then paste it. From that moment all Windows copy and paste activities don't affect IE8.  The only new software that I can recall installing before this strange behavior was a new version of McAfee Total Protection. So I disabled the Real-Time Virus Scanning as well as the Site Advisor feature, but nothing changed.

Is there a way of exporting favorites and presets and preferences to another computer without also exporting the clipboard history?

Clipboard Help+Spell / Caps<=>lower case as a formating preset

Modifying case from All caps to no caps is the formating move I do most, so it would be great if that can be one of the quick formating presets. Along these lines, is there a way of choosing which modifications appear as presets?

Clipboard Help+Spell / clipboard manager for Palm OS 5?

Any recommendations for a stable CHS-like app (even if limited) for Palm OS 5? (I own a clie TH55.) Some the the titles of such utilities floating around the web either crash (clip pro) or are hard to track down and/or work with (FDAL, Clips). So I'm eager to hear some positive experiences.

UrlSnooper / stuck: WinPCap setup freezes

While installing UrlSnooper the WinPCap setup routine froze. UrlSnooper wouldn't launch, so I uninstalled UrlSnooper and tried to delete the WinPCap program folder which has 2 files in it, but I get the message:
Cannot delete WinnPcap: It is being used by another person or program.
Any ideas?
