I can confirm this is working for me in 3.07.01.

Great work in finding and squashing this bug.

Note to self: enable e-mail notification on thread updates so I can contribute to bug-hunting.

I experience this exact same issue. Also, seems to happen when running on a laptop using dual screen (external display) and waking up from sleep mode.
Once the error has happened and been dismissed, SC works fine.

Edit: running v3.05.01, Windows 7 on a HP Elitebook 2560p with a Dell external display.

After tinkering with the DPI settings, I found 96 DPI works for me. Now all pasted images are the same size as the actual capture. Using SC v2.33.01

 :)

Hi!

I had the same problem with pasting screenshots into MsWord - they were tiny! I changed the DPI from 300 to 72, and now when I paste into word, the image is huge. Did I miss something?  Older versions worked no probs, the captured images and pasted images were exactly the same size.  :huh:
