i have lost the ability to play any movie type files i found an error message which said i have lost Direct show ,can i reload these files ? when i tried to reload Direct X files from MSM --it would not load i keep getting an error message which says 'windows has encountered a problem ' and it keeps closing down.
i did try to find
c:\windows\system32\quartz.dll which i think is related to the problem,but i do not know what that means ---any body help .
