Anything by Horace Silver, a pioneer in the "hard bop" style.  Very "listenable" jazz.  Many albums, an early one "Song for my Father" and a later one "Hard Bop Grandpop" are both excellent.

Any opinions of 'Stickies' from Zhorn software?  I've been using it for quite a while and find it quite useful and feature-rich.
