Screenshot Captor / Will not minimize to task bar, always to tray only

I'm a bit frustrated. I've used Captor for several years now. Every now and again I have to install clean again. However, this time I'm having a terrible time finding the config option for the captor window to minimize to the task bar. Regardless of what I've toggled in config, it always minimizes back to system tray. Thank you for your help in advance.
