Here's a small packet of dialogues I wrote after using this delightful little program. ^_^
Just download them to the dialogue folder, unzip and enjoy! :D

If you don't want to lose the original about.cfi, simply move it to another folder in the Dr.Windows directory and rename about (modified).cfi to about.cfi. :P
