Apparently this kind of thing touches a nerve or two. Maybe there is room for games that exploit phobias. I'm sure there could be (and are...) games whose subjects deal with fear of heights, spiders, etc. Although I could not imagine what a game called "Arachibutyrophobia (https://www.donationcoder.com/forum/index.php?topic=5258.0)" would be like. :P
