What are some good software for comparing Word documents?
-
Word includes tools to compare documents.
Tools > Compare & Merge Documents..., at least in Word 2002
-
Cool, I'll check it out, thanks.

IIRC there is also plugin for WinMerge somewhere in the web. I can find it if you want to :)

Will do that as well, thank you.

CSDiff, freeware by Component Software (http://www.componentsoftware.com/), can compare RTFs, but not (IIRC) *.DOC.
-
Adobe Air powered, sharing features, web based or desktop version. Free for personal use.

Beyond Compare (http://www.scootersoftware.com/) can compare Word files, it does it by converting them to text and comparing that, which may not be what you want.
