please click - thank you :)

i think you are underestimating the people over 60 - typical of you whipper snappers.
let's extend it out to 80 before you start insulting everyone!

;D 8)

I'm only in my age bracket for the next couple of months. :o

That's called aging and is nothing to get overly anxious about. 8)

Oh! Phew! :-[

Hey! no discrimination here! We're all older than we want to be and younger than we need to be... er, ... or is it the other way around?

I'm being told that my thinking capabilities are ahead of my official age, and that my how-old-I-look-looks are years behind. I like that. 8)
-
May you continue to like it as the years roll on!

speaking of which, has no one clicked anything yet.. i can't see a 'view results' button.. :)

That's so your vote won't be affected by what is most popular. ;D ;D
-
as Deozaan says, you have to vote in a poll before you are allowed to see results of other voters.
-
Exactly - that's intention, no error 8)
-
Would it be possible, though, for those of us who have already voted to get a look now and then -- to see how our age range is coming along? :D

Huh? After you voted you should always be able to see the 'real-time' poll results.
-
oops. Sorry about that. I always go to the last post in a thread and hadn't noticed. :-[
-
Makes me wonder who voted 81-120
-
For the record, next year I will be a triennial of quindecennials less a triennial. :)
-
Looks like us middle-agers (based on life expectancy of ~74) are the majority!! Woohoo!!!
-
Pretty decent spread there. I just put in my click for the mature end... ;D
-
Wow only 4 people in the 1-17 range (including myself). I figured there would be more ;D
-

-Deozaan
Me too.............. ;D
-
I'm just about 86 years young and apart from walking,I'm mentally better than I ever was
-
I, too, am reasonably advanced in age and think my ability to cogitate clearly is as good as ever - of course, I'm thinking that with fewer brain cells...
(general concept taken from a quote, uh, um, ah, I can't remember, um, where I read it...)
-
just remember, its the weak and sick brain cells that die first so, like a buffalo herd, the deaths of those just improve the herd, so in time you become a leaner meaner thinking machine :D
-
HA!
I snuck that one into a lower category truthfully because of time zones! :D
I turned another year older today... On the border of one of those... But then again - I was born in a different time zone where today is yesterday! :D
-
So i celebrated the 15th anniversary of my 29th birthdays last December.... big deal eh? self taught techs come in all ages, it all started out when my computer just didnt do what i wanted it to in 1993, and my younger brother was at university and had access to upgrades not available to just anyone.... cost more but i learned a few things other folks just dont know, and i admit i dont know much of anything, so i was a System Admin for a loccal wireles internet for a couple years.... and mostly fixed computers for idiots and got tired of it.

Gah, I thought at 54-56 I'd be the only old-timer here. What a surprise to see I'm still just "middle-aged" though I have to admit there was a time when I thought "middle-aged" was definitely "over the hill." Funny what a few years'll do to an opinion, huh?
:o ;)

It's really strange; I go to bed 26 but in the morning when I glance in the mirror, it's grandma I see!!
;)
-
Hey, I gotta know: are there any 1-year olds or 120-year olds here? ha! The age charts seems to follow the normal distribution as you'd expect, but the range is fantastic.

?! What problems have you experienced trying to get on this forum, PattyB?
-
I'm still pretty young.....sweet sixteen :-* :-*
:P :P

This is truly heartening! :D
Here I was beginning to think that I was the only person much past puberty to use a PC with more than a passing glance. If I happen to attend an event that is PC-related, you should see the stares: "Who's he? Did he invent the computer??" :o ;D And I'm not even approaching 60 yet.
Seriously, though, it is great to see so many of us who are not as young as we once were here sharing their experience. :)

So, if you were to hop back & forth into different time zones...You might never age? (http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/dirtbox/pics/muttley.gif)

I find this 'phenomenon' all over the net - majority seem to be 'our age'! :D
-
I am 57 years old in a few days. I got into this late in life, but trying to catch up.
-
Hmmm...
OK, I'm going to add my age (62) and Bite-sized trouble's (28) and divide by 2...so, 45! Yeah, that's all right! What really happens is I wind up being every age I've ever been, at least once during each day. ;D
-
Okay, I added my 57 years to poll...Many more out there that have still got to vote...Hope they do so soon...
-
Voted. 27 here.

Inside every older person there's a younger person wondering what the <bleep> happened...
-
I am part of the statistics now... in case you were wondering I am in the 39-41 age group.
-
Hmmm... I thought there'd be a lot more younger people here.
I voted; I'm 17 :)
-
Don't knock us 'middle aged' - we're a lot wiser! :D
-
Well im 23 year old geek, nerd or in short developer.
Anyone here with 23.
-
;D
...we're a majority
60-64 - 32 (8.2%)
...for the time being :P
-
A very equally distributed population!

Even though some of us are unbalanced?
