Does it matter? Didn't Sun start this when they were Sun and not an oracle subsidiary?

Oh, a sense of irony. .com means commercial, according to all known TLD legends. Now guess what it is about?
Open source sellout (http://sourceforge.net/blog/clarifying-sourceforgenets-denial-of-site-access-for-certain-persons-in-accordance-with-us-law/) seems to be a recent phenomenon.

Seems to be the trend. Let the community build and bring your app to maturity, then buy them out for a billion.
