Hi,
Not sure this is appropriate here but was wondering if anyone has created such a free tool? I've been searching all over the web, places like Google Play but they're all misleading and/or bullshit.
-
What's the aim here? Recover image-files from a damaged sd-card?
-
I deleted some by accident and they've disappeared from my Google+ page too. I only found out they other day they sort of sync with it. I'm not so sure they were saved to my SD Card...
-
Have you looked in Google Drive's Trash folder?
-
Not there, but they were in my Google+ 'recently taken', until I deleted them instead of moving them.

Strange. For what it's worth https://support.google.com/plus/answer/2395305?hl=en

You can also use the photo sync/backup features with other programs/apps such as:
- Dropbox (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dropbox.android)
- Bittorrent Sync (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bittorrent.sync)
- IFTTT (If This Then That) (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ifttt.ifttt)
- Or even Facebook (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.facebook.katana)
It may help to have multiple backups in multiple locations. Redundancy is key to preventing data loss!

I hadn't hear of IFTTT or the bittorrent sync but the other 2 yes. I'll be looking at the former - later.

I'm ok Laptop and Desktop-wise, just hadn't gotten around to sorting any more than the inbuilt stuff out. I'll be looking at that afterwards too.
Thanks Deozaan
