NON-RESIDENT NON-TRAY USE THROUGH COMMANDLINE INVOCATION

 

You can use BrowserTraySwitch to change the default browser using commandline arguments.

 

To present a menu and switch the default browser to the one chosen (and then exit) call with:
-switch

 

To present a menu and launch (but not switch to) the browser chosen, and then exit, call with:
-launch

 

To switch the default browser without any interaction from the user, call with -switch followed by the full filename with path of a saved .btsregfile browser snapshot file:
-switch FULLFILENAMEHERE
e.g.:
-switch C:\Documents\BrowserFiles\Google Firefox.btsregfile

 

To generate text lines compatible with the LaunchBarCommander console command submenu tool system, call with -lbcswitch.  This will generate text output that LaunchBarCommander can use to generate a submenu of browser choices that you can choose from and switch to:

-lbcswitch
