.ini files help?
« on: September 12, 2007, 04:44 PM »
Some nubie help...

I have tried TicTacTitle and Capslock, but I don't know what to do with the .ini files that are created?

There must be a way to have them start with XP?

Thanks,  Dan

Hi dan. Welcome to DC!

The .ini files that are created store the settings of each of the programs, thus, you should leave them in the folder where the programs are.

To have any of those programs starting with windows, just drag each of them to the start menu, wait for it to open, then navigate to programs -> startup and drop them there. Any programs in that folder, will be started with xp. (you can also remove any of the programs from starting with xp by right-clicking it and selecting "delete").
