IDEA: Trigger programs on WiFi connection change
« on: September 09, 2007, 12:36 PM »
I've been looking everywhere for an app that will run a specific program as soon as Windows connects to a different WiFi connection, based on the connection's SSID.

This would be especially useful while in a protected school environment which requires me to login to some proxy page before anything else works. (I made a script to login for me, but I'd like it to run automatically when I go on the school network.)

Any help appreciated. :)

Sounds interesting, m0rph. Thanks for posting the idea - I'll watch this thread with interest as what you describe would benefit me as well (No self-interest here...  :P)!
