Smart PDF Viewers for Windows

Do any PDF viewers for Windows reload files automatically when they are updated, like Skim does on Mac?

Er...? Not that I know of, but I'm a bit challenged today - I'm not quite sure how this would be useful? Do you mean that Skim monitors PDF's (if asked to, presumably) and downloads updates to them? Right, must see this for myself - off to google +skim +mac...

OK I'm more confused than ever... and even less able to see the utility of this feature. If I understand it correctly, Skim monitors the pdf on disk, so if you change it with a pdf editor, the view will change within Skim (while retaining annotations and so on)?

Not sure what you mean by "reload files automatically when they are updated" but have a look at PDF-XChange Viewer (Free). It's a light weight alternative to Adobe's Reader with some great extra features including Annotations, Comments and "Typewriter" tools.

Yes. Very useful if you are editing LaTeX. I am using Foxit currently and I generally end up with several windows with different versions of each file and have to close all old windows manually.
