I think there may be other such screensaver tools for flickr, but this one seems quite active.

Flickr screen saver that shows images by:
User - Favorites, Set, Tags, Contacts
Group
Everyone - Tags, Recent, Interestingness
Local
It does OpenGL fading and zooming and is easy on the eyes.
