What's Your Favorite Computer Acronym? While I do like things like WTF and RTFM, I think I really like NTFH - Not That F***ing Hard. So, what's your fav?  |

The first one I ever learned: GIGOGarbage In, Garbage Out. Roughly analagous to PICNIC, I suppose... And the latest one: EAFPEasier to Ask Forgiveness than Permission. First coined by Rear Admiral Grace Murry Hopper, inventor of COBOL, it has been taken as a semantical philosophy in the use of the Python Language. |
