You can also do this using The Wonderful Icon and Pitaschio. With Pitaschio, it's as easy as checking a box in the options. To do this with The Wonderful Icon, you'll need to enter these parameters to your startup or shortcut: -@S -@T

Also, these little programs do much, much more.
