Accents: Using % as a Hotkey

Is there anyway to apply Accents to the %-key?  I'd like to use it for ½, ¼ & ¾.

Changes:
- 20070531 - v1.0: Added accents to non-alphabet characters.

Now you can add this to you Accents.ini file.
