You've no doubt tried or, at least, heard of Ubuntu. How about Ubuntu Studio?

Forgive my ignorance, but what is this? Just a collection of multimedia tools? Is this a build of Ubuntu that comes with those things installed by default? Can this run on Windows?

EDIT: Nevermind. I just needed to read the quote again before the words clicked. It's Ubuntu with those tools in it. Or something.

It's a build of Ubuntu that comes with additional programs aimed at multimedia artists/users.
