Seeking a FireFox plugin called "IDFCWOCBA"?

Does anyone know if there exists a firefox plugin called "I Don't Freaking Care When One Company Buys Another"?
It's job would be to filter out and hide the hundreds of breathless excited announcements on the web about how one company has bought another for however many billions of dollars, and how absolutely nothing will change because of it.
