IDEA: Make any app into tray icon only

Hey everyone,
just wondering if anyone could code (or knows about) an app that can take any open program and shrink it into the notification area (the little icons to the left of the clock). I have several apps that I have open a LOT and don't like my taskbar looking like a 50 car pileup.
Any ideas?

Other app to system tray minimizer I've tried:

Iconize - http://www.brooksyounce.com
This is simpler app than TrayIt and just minimizes app window or windows explorer folder window to system tray.

TrayEverything - http://www.winapizone.net/software/trayeverything
Can minimize app window but not windows explorer window.  However, this app will allow a minimized/hidden app to the system tray to have password protection before restoring the window.  The utility has a default of the Italian language but can be set to English.  My language setting was not "sticking" for some reason so I just copied the eng.dll and renamed it ita.dll
