A decent CHM viewer for Windows

Is there one with shortcuts for Prev/Next at least? Or do they exist in Microsoft's HTML Help Control? If so, I've been unable to find them :(

There's a back button on the toolbar. You can use ALT + left/right arrow to go back/forward.

But this moves back and forward in history. What I meant was something like Opera's Rewind/Fast Forward buttons or Firefox with NextPlease! extension: ability to detect link to the next or previous page.
