I am new to your software.  I've sent a couple of screen captures out but my recipients can't open the image.  In fact, I sent the same to me and I can't open them.  What is happening.

Let me ask you, when you receive the images in the email, what exactly happens when you try to view it? What error message do you get?  It's possible that your email program won't display the image or your image viewer wont (if you have a verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry old computer).

Try this, send one to me ([email protected]), and i'll tell you if it sends ok.
