a need a flash decompiler? i think? :)
(1/1)
Jammo the OrganizedFellow:
I don't remember where I found this neat little flash gallery, probably HotScripts.com. But I have XAMPP webserver on my XP machine for testing building offline webcontent for my site, and Sygate Personal Firewall installed.
Everytime I launch the little flash gallery, it wants to connect to the Internet. I suppose it's sending, or attempting to send, some user data? statistical information?
I dunno, but it's fishy, ya know?!
I used to know of some app that could break apart the .SWF file into its components (jpg, text, etc.) and let the user basically rebuild/recompile the SWF. I'd like to do that to the gallery script I am playing with.
Anyone recommend a tool?

yeah, same here.
i'm done with testing on my own time and time again. lol.
if i know someone who has a better alternative, then i like to roll with recommendations.
if none, then i suppose i'll try a few on my own and report back?!
