Castlecops 5-Year Anniversary Contest

CastleCops issued a Press Release this morning announcing the upcoming contest celebration of our fifth year anniversary.

The contest recognizes its volunteer community achievements and excellence in Internet security with a contest furnished with prizes by well-known industry organizations. “This contest is a testament to CastleCops and its vision for a secure Internet,” explains Paul Laudanski, founder of CastleCops. For the past 5 years volunteers from around the world have come together at CastleCops to aid the community in creating a more secure Internet.

Each participating company has donated their software as prizes. The total estimated retail value for all prizes meets or exceeds $130,000 US. Donations by the following organizations listed with conservative estimated retail subtotals. Details will be posted shortly on the CastleCops homepage including rules of entry and participation. This contest begins at 12:00 PM EST on February 1, 2007.
