I have a life time key. When I enter my ID and password nothing happens??

where are you entering your id and password?
the dc apps that take a license key just take the full license key, they dont take id and password.

I'm that 93 year old blind guy you'vwe helped before. I've downloaded yor fabulous screencapturre program and now wish to enter key . Can you send specific instructions?

im going to make a couple of new screencast videos this weekend, one will show entering the license key. can you wait a couple of days for that?
