I can only download WAX file (Win Media Audio Shortcut) ?!?!?!?!

I tried Snooper on a radio program stream:
http://195.245.176.2..._9567-0704130005.wma

and it gave me 2 URL results:
http://195.245.176.2...005.wma?MSWMExt=.asf
http://10.1.10.80:80...005.wma?MSWMExt=.asf

The second URL doesn't download anything (only gives an "The connection with the server
was reset" message after a few seconds).

The first URL downloads the file: "130870_9567-0704130005.wax" (Windows Media Audio Shortcut),
which only opens the same stream again.

Can anybody help me?
How can I download the original WMA file?

The second URL is to a reserved IP address: 10.x.x.x

open the wax file in a text editor (obviously not notepad and not wordpad).  Paste that address into NetTransport or something similar.

I chose this stream from the NetTransport prompt
