Hopefully, we found the correct board.  We have the latest PT.  We recently purchased the Logitech Communications STX Web Cam.  We noticed it takes a great deal of CPU.  Any way to tame this fellow?

well if there is a specific program taking so much cpu you can try:
1) going to Configuration of process tamer
2) click on the Processes tab, and find the process that is being evil.
(uncheck the hide <1% if you dont see it)
3) on the row of the process, in the Explicit Rule section, choose Force Low

Thanks for the "excellent" suggestion/recommendation.  I had a problem with blue screens; CPU shot-up to 100% and would stick there.  The situation was as follows:  Purchased QuickCam Communicate STX.  We have Windows Media Player Version 11.  Both take their high share of CPU when using.  So, with QuickCam in recording mode, and WMP 11 viewing video, this "together" was the culprit.  I have placed both the QuickCam and the WMP 11 on Force Low.  No more 100% CPU...no more blue screens.

BTW, we never received word back on an alternative membership payment.  As previously mentioned we do not use PayPal.

the donation page has a link to alternative electronic payment services we accept (including amazon.com, 2checkout, and others): https://www.donation...te/DonateMethod.html

Keep in mind we are a very informal operation here; at the bottom of the about page: https://www.donation...com/About/index.html
you will see a mailing address you can send cash, diamonds, chocolates, paintings, intelligent robots from the future, etc.

And if you are in a far away country where donating would be difficult, you can simply make a donation to a local charity and send us a postcard instead.
