hello all,


my name is Yakir arbib and I'm a member of an audiogames company called "Lighttech Interactive"(

we make games that are accessible to people with  visual disabilitys, or as we like to look at it, games that are based on sound soly(I.E. 3d environments, the position of a character, etc etc).
the game we sent out to the contest is a puzzle game we invented called "Blankblock", basicly each time you start the game  you get a randomly jenerated board with block slots, and an empty slot.
your goal is to clear the whole board from blocks  using a serten tecneaque.
the faster you manege to clear the board, the more points you'll get.

EDIT: Your website is difficult to navigate and I had trouble finding the game. A direct link to the game's info and download page would be a great help.

btw, i found no screenshot or any pics of your games on your site... hmmm is the game designed for ppl with no vision at all?  undecided

People with eye sight can be so blind some times.  Sad  The site is optimized for the blind. I would venture to say that 95%+ of their website visitors only "see" the website through a text to speech interface. That is why there are no screenshots and no fancy graphics.

thanks for posting the direct link for me smiley
and yes, you guys are right in saying our site lacks a bit of the "fancy grafics" you might find on a mainstream game company site... but thanks for amfesising that fact - I'd really like to work something better in turms of grafic presentation when I get the chance.

if some of you guys that never had any experience with an audiogame before would like to try more games that present some more of an audio chalenge than perhaps blankblock does, I invite you all to go to:

as you can see from the name, it's a website soly devoted on audiogames, they even have a very large database of most of the audiogames that are available out there...
