Req: menu buttons for quick access of SC features

I don't know if you or others like this...
...but i miss menu buttons for quick access of SC features.


--- ---[UnSe] [Inve] [Crop] [Hilig] [Shad] [Blur] [Grey] [Dim] [BGD] [Bl'in] [Effe] [Keys]
\ Unselect Selection  \ Highlight around Selection  \Dim  \Blur+Grey+Dim
         \Invert the Selection  \add Shadow   \Grey              \Blur inside
                 \Crop to Selection      \Blur    open Effects settings /   
                                                    show hotkeys settings tab /         

Here are an less place consuming version:
[Undo] [UnSe] [Inve] [Crop] [Hilig] [Shad] [User] [Effe] [Keys]

The user button could be set by user what the most use: B, G, D, BGD of B inside

All buttons with yellow balloon for an description.
[Effe] should open the Preferences with the Effects tab open.
[Keys] should open the Preferences with the Hotkeys tab open.

Just for discussion, what do others think about this.
