When the INTJ starts doing work on the GUI, the ENFP that can sometimes seem like they are capable of reading minds, only because they are good at understanding how people think, will notice the flaws in the design and how it isn't "mentally ergonomic".

It's an area I'd like to be involved in myself
but apart from not being a coder, I dont qualify - I got ENFJ

That's because normally ENFP's aren't regarded as being cut out for developing software, and there aren't many in the world to begin with, to work in any profession. I think the majority of ENFP's are attracted to professions like psychology and social work, where that "mind reading" ability really sets them apart and makes them shine.
