I'd like to see a section where coders in particular can post FAQs, tutorials or 'Tips-n-Tricks' dealing with subjects or language elements they are proficient in. These posts can be about programming in general or a specific language topic.

I second the motion. I'd be willing to contribute some screencasts I'm making for a couple of C# sites. They're going to be a series of C# tutorials for the ultra-noob, progressing into more advanced topics gradually. And of course, I'd love to be able to benefit from tutorials put up by other users.
