Don't know that I've had that one, but I did get this one at least twice:

DBISAM Engine Error # 11013 Access denied to table 'ClipHistory'

Only happens on CHS startup.  Usually goes away, though it isnt this last time... it just keeps on giving the error.   [later] yeah it just keeps on giving that error.  Don't know whats up.  Last time it went away after one error message. I'll keep watching it.

yep, i got one of those too the other day.
it's tricky to get the database access stuff right for a non-database-centric person like myself. thanks for the report.

i have to update f&r with custom hotkey and do some other stuff this weekend but i'll be back into CHS in a couple of days.

Just so you're aware mouser, I still get that database access error even after a reboot.  I havent tried a reinstall yet (I'll be out of town most of the weekend) but I will eventually.

it could be a problem with the database not having enough time to initialize and syncrhonize with the display on startup, OR
actually, i wonder if it isn't a matter of the starting directory being set wrong.

don't waste too much time investigating, i have another major release of CHS coming soon with lots of new features and fixes so no point wasting too much time on this version, it's more like a teaser and so people can make suggestions.
