* NEW PROGRAM - TapTap Hotkey Extender - Let your favorite programs respond to special keyboard events. This super efficient tiny little app sits in your system tray and monitors for double taps of ctrl/shift/alt and other special keys, and then triggers standard hotkeys you configure.  In this way you can let any of the programs you use respond to these special keyboard events.
