Dear Mr mouser:

Glad to write to you here. This is a friend from P.R.C..

I have some problems in using URL Snooper. Yet, I have precluded any possible reasons that could incur this problem, I have read the help files, viewed your replies here, and ask question on web, but the problem remains still. I need your guidance, I think.

The problem is that the Network Adapter can not be detected. Strangely, I can connect to internet with this adapter. Through carefully overhauling, I found that the hardware list declears no mistake or error however. By using the URL Snooper's detector program, the error message is fail to find a suitable network driver, but I think the driver is working , if not, how can the adapter work validly when I am writing this topic? And there is an adapter optional, the name is "Generic dialup adapter", but I think the real name of the adapter should be "Broadcom NetLink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet", which was on the hardware list, Device Manager, Properties of My Computer, Windows XP.

Well, can you understand my poor English describing? What can I do with this situation? Upgrade the driver?

R.S.V.P.

Thank you!

By the way, I have used URL Snooper before, and I think I managed it quite well.

leiyunhaicq:
Sorry , forgot, my Snooper is v2.13.04.

mouser:
If you are using IE7 then this may be the cause.

Until I update the program, just try this:
