find and run robot license key

I just doenloaded “find and run robot”  :) and I cut and paste my key.  Whenever I try to open the program—I get an error message Key File Error :huh:.   I visited the site and recopied the key—now the program won’t open so I can’t change the key—

people seem to be having some trouble entering the license key lately, i think it must be full moon or something..
Carol, i responded to your email - if you mail me the license key i can try to help more specifically, but
when one of our programs reports a bad key it should pop up the about box where you can hit the button to enter a new license key.

the most common program seems to be when people post in a key for a different program or else paste in wrong information.  the key should start out *r1... and continue for a few lines.
