Looks interesting for collaborative diagramming.. They say they plan to offer a commercial premium verison, though i wouldn't be surprised if the real plan wasn't to get bought by a big company before they have to actually try anything like that.

Very cool. It's amazing how sophisticated these online apps are getting. I'd rate this above Writely for functionality and presentation. I may even make use of it for work. :)
