If you haven't looked lately, check out the DonationCoder.com Links page — many "best of web" sites there and the page serves as a great start page for diving deep into the best software found.

This is one of the things that makes DC so great - you've got 130,000+ members and many of them share their on-line discoveries. There are some real gems squirreled away on these boards.
