Last time I checked it was a iTunes clone with a embedded browser (thanks to Gecko and XUL). But who knows? The latest proof of concept don't work on my computer, so I was unable to check any capability 
Btw latest version of Winamp has an "Orbitz Powered" streaming system in it, apparently.
