you can email me at mouser@donationcoder.com for more help,
but a common problem is people copying and pasting the wrong thing.
you want to copy from the *r1 all the way down to the end of that block.

You don't suppose it's trying to copy an invisible hard return, do you?  Because I had to try three times before it took the thing.

that's strange - it really should be trimming any whitespace/CRs etc, but let me investigate it.
syrcaid what program did it give you such trouble on?

hi iceball,
i'm here to help.  you can email me at mouser@donationcoder.com and i can try to help more, but if you are using something like Windows Xp or Vista, try running Screenshot Captor as an administrator while you put in the license key, so that it can save it inside it's directory.  after that you should be able to change where it saves its settings and run it as non-administrator.
