Answerbag - a site of questions and answers

(1/1)

KenR:
Answerbag is a community of people helping others. Have a question? Ask it here! Know something? (Everyone knows something!) Help someone out! We're here to help you connect with others and to find and share knowledge about topics ranging from celebrity trivia and home cleaning tips to Russian name origins and particle physics. Any topic you can dream of, you can ask it here!

Eóin:
Way too easy to waste your time there :D .

app103:
I have made up my mind that I will stop when I find one question I can answer...and then actually submit the answer.

I am going to limit myself to answering only 1 question per week, because as Eóin said, this can easily be a huge time wasting site...not compatible with GTD.

One of the members on DonationCoder, alex3f has actually been a pioneer in the field of these interactive question+answer sites, dating back into the late 90's.

You can see his web site here (still needs a bit of aesthetic work) and read about his work:  http://www.3form.org

[Alex is a friend from university and does research on Human Based Genetic Algorithms.  We sometimes argue about the use of the term Genetic Algorithm to describe some of these architectures, but he has published some great stuff on using interactive communities as mechanisms for searching for solutions].
