Mike-O-Matic Blog Entry: Model for an Open Source Corporation

Mike Arace writes very well on software; his latest blog entry looks at the idea of an open source small business.

Small businesses need to find ways to maximize the amount of productive work they can get out of a day, and do it without spending a lot of money. If there were a way to organize a company along open-source principles that would improve the work/money ratio, it would be a big deal.
So what would an open source corporation look like?
