anyone know a tool to empty recycle bin when drive gets full?

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=253597 has some information about cleanmgr.exe and the /sageset and /sagerun switches. if you haven't already checked it out, it's more to KNOW. :)
are you thinking about making a utility to do this?

it hadn't occurred to me to write a tool for this thought it would be easy, because i'm sure there must be tools out there to do what i want already.

There are lots of "cleaners" floating around that include that function, if that will do what you're wanting. CCleaner is free.

I find "Empty Recycle Bin" from http://www.optimumx.com/ is rather good (and free).
Unfortunatly you still have to provide the determination for when your recycle bin is "full". That is where 4NT comes in. ;) http://www.jpsoft.com
