You'd think MS could do better. Or maybe just license Nuance's "dragon" technology. Seems like they could do that cost effectively. They've done it with other tech in the past, like defragmenters...

Wonder if that guy still had his same job with Microsoft after that.  You would think he would have run multiple simulations first to make sure something like that wouldn't happen.  Then again Win98 was so unpredictable even AFTER it was released.
